I’ll analyse the health of your workforce and, if needed, put in place programs to improve conflict management, behavioural and lifestyle change and mindfulness.
Documenting where you are going and how you are going to get there is critical. Together we’ll develop a simple one-page plan that we will refer to regularly to ensure we are on the right path.
Depending on the size of your business I’ll complete a leadership review and extended DiSC profiling. Once all the research has been completed and we know what our goals for your business are, I will start working with you and your staff on the coaching program. Because every business is different, I’ll tailor the coaching program so that it serves your business’ needs.
